What is Neozone?
Neozone is a product developed by Parsian Digital Raya (Private Joint-Stock Co.), designed to unify financial, payment, and travel services for foreign visitors and tourists traveling in Iran.
When can I download the Neozone app?
The public app version has not been officially released to store catalogs yet. Upon public release, official download links will be announced exclusively on neozone.app and our verified channels.
Who is Neozone designed for?
Neozone is tailored primarily for international tourists and travelers entering Iran—especially those needing simpler, unified solutions for local payments, Rial balance management, and travel booking.
What services are planned in Neozone?
Our product roadmap includes Rial digital wallets, Toman purchase, order tracking, travel services, SIM cards and internet data packages, as well as digital solutions, subject to partner availability and service conditions.
Does Neozone provide all services directly?
No. Neozone directly provides its proprietary software platform. For services requiring regulated licenses—such as airlines, hotels, or banking—the core service is fulfilled by licensed third-party providers, while Neozone delivers the unified platform access and charges a modest platform fee.
How does Toman purchase work in Neozone?
Users select an available offer and review the exact amount, exchange rate, fees, and trade terms before placing their order. Transaction progress can then be monitored in real time.
How do I top up the digital wallet?
The active payment gateway is accessible at neozone.app/pay, which directs users to Neozone's authorized payment processing checkout.
Does Neozone currently offer bank or tourist cards?
Not at present. Neozone is currently in discussions with banking partners to introduce physical tourist cards, and terms will be announced through official channels once formalized.
What is the difference between Toman and Rial in Iran?
The Iranian Rial is the official legal tender, but daily prices are universally quoted in 'Toman'. 1 Toman equals 10 Rials (simply drop one zero). Neozone clearly displays prices in both units to make transactions seamless for travelers.
How do flight and hotel bookings work in Neozone?
Neozone connects users with certified travel providers, domestic airlines, and licensed hotels in Iran. Core travel bookings are fulfilled by authorized partners, while Neozone facilitates integrated access and payments.
How can travel agencies and partners cooperate with Neozone?
Travel agencies, tour operators, and tourism businesses can apply to become Neozone partners at neozone.app/en/agents/apply by submitting their operational location and contact details for partnership review.
Why do certain services require KYC identity verification?
Depending on the nature of the service, transaction value, and regulatory compliance rules, identity verification or travel documentation may be required to maintain user security and regulatory compliance.
Is Neozone a bank or financial institution?
No. Neozone is a software platform owned by Parsian Digital Raya. Banking, payment gateway, and licensed financial services are provided in partnership with licensed institutions and authorized service providers.
